Orders are typically processed within 24 hours and shipped via standard (2-8 business days) or express delivery (1-3 business days) depending on your selected shipping option. Shipping times may vary depending on your location, but most orders are delivered within 3-7 business days.

Free shipping is offered for all orders over $100, while a flat rate within Australia of $9.50 applies for orders under $100. Express shipping is $12.50 (1-3 Business days).

If you place your order Monday through Friday, we’ll do our best to dispatch it the same day. For standard shipping, your order will typically ship the next business day (Monday through Friday). Once it’s on its way, you’ll get an email from us with tracking details. Heads-up: it can take up to 48 hours for tracking info to update, so don’t stress if it’s not immediate.

  • Only the first item from your order is eligible for a refund if multiple items were purchased.
  • The product must be returned in its original packaging, with minimal use.
  • Proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation email or receipt) must be provided.
  • Photographs documenting your skin's condition before and during product use are required to demonstrate the product's performance.

Exclusions

Returns or refunds will not be accepted for reasons based solely on personal preferences, such as dissatisfaction with the product's scent. Refund eligibility is strictly limited to cases where the product fails to deliver its intended benefits, specifically visible improvements in skin hydration, brightness, and firmness.

Return Process

  2. Await Confirmation: Our team will review your request and, if eligible, provide return instructions and the return address.
  3. Return the Product: Ship the product back to us in its original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is faulty. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery.
  4. Receive Your Refund: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 7–10 business days.

Faulty or Damaged Products:

Here’s how it works:

1. If your product is damaged during shipping or defective, you’ll need to return the original item to us. While customers are responsible for the return shipping cost (we recommend using a trackable service), AISHANI will cover the postage for your replacement.

2. Once we’ve received the damaged or defective product, we’ll process your exchange and send you a fresh one, hassle-free!

If you’ve changed your mind and your product is unopened and in perfect condition, you can request a refund. Simply return the item to us (shipping costs are on you), and we’ll process your refund once the product reaches us in its original state.
